About the Cubmaster:
Our Cubmaster is Matt Landseadel. Matt and his wife Anna have adopted several children from foster care and Ukraine, and are currently foster parents. Matt has a passion for Scouting and wants every youth to enjoy it and benefit from the experiences as much as he did when he was young.
Matt was in Cub Scouts (Pack 3513), Boy Scouts (Troop 513), and Sea Explorers (Sea Scouts) (Ship 5513) with his father, Jerry, who served as his Cubmaster, Scoutmaster, and Skipper. Matt earned his Eagle Scout rank when he was twelve years old and later joined Sea Scouts, where he earned his Quartermaster rank.
About Cub Scouts:
Being a Cub Scout means you are a member of a worldwide youth movement that stands for certain values and beliefs. Cub Scouting is more than something to do. It’s all about the youth you are and the person you will become.
Cub Scouts is the BSA program for youth Kindergarten through fifth grade. Cub Scouts is for both boys and girls. In fourth and fifth grade, scouts become Webelos, which begins their transition to the older Scouts program.
